You were either taught that a very long time ago, or you were just plain taught wrong. Neighborhood watch is made up of just plain citizens who most of the time are just trying to show a presence of concerned citizens in any given neighborhood.

Stephen-3584703--Siegfried and Roy have never claimed that their tigers were tamed, or not dangerous. Roy Horn who was the one that was injured insisted that no harm come to the tiger as he was being taken to the hospital.

I'm investing in a meat grinder. Buy that and organically, natural free range beef and I can avoid all this. I never get beef in restaurants anyway, they over cook it to avoid the pathegens, and for me it tastes like shoe leather.

This is all about control, it has NOTHING to do with security. Do they really think we buy the idea that terrorists use the open internet for plans and plots? Do they think terrorists are that stupid or that we believe terrorists are that stupid? None of these things are true.

This section of the country has had problems for a very, very long time. Back in the 1960s there was a goverenment funded program like PeaceCorp, only it worked inside the US, a lot of time in Appalacia..bringing just modern ideas to the people there.

The only way this makes sense is if the dog attacked and killed the child instantly. With such a small child it would be very possible, for the child to die if the dog attacked the neck or throat area, which is usually a dogs first target.
