School bans fuzzy boots used to hide cell phones
Sun Jan 29, 2012
Cell phones in class rooms are very disruptive. But I think middle school teachers should do like college professors do.
A question of freedom for chimpanzees who spend lives in research labs
Fri Jan 27, 2012
I think the one scientist showed his true colors when he compared the chimps to books. A chimp is a living, breathing, feeling creature. A book is an object that never lived. To say they are the same is to show ones own inhumanity.

Fri Jan 27, 2012
Our society is becomming more and more selfish and unaccepting of differences. The reason is "policies" like this by schools who teach that sameness, and caring only about yourself is the way for a person to be.

Thu Jan 19, 2012
@Big Picture--the reason why the mentally ill have rights is that not so long ago they didn't. When I moved to the state I live in, 30 years ago, there were several cases being used to grant more rights to the mentally ill.

Thu Jan 19, 2012

Fri Jan 13, 2012
No degree, but I have 12 years experience in IT support. I can't afford to move to Pune or Mumbai to work though.
